Ok, ok, it's probably a well documented occurence, but it just seems more poignant now that we're in Vietnam. In the interests of irony it should also be noted that (probably in some attempt at a belated moral victory for capitalism and the Americans) KFC has become a rather popular franchise over here. You might even call it economic "Colonelization". Hee. Well, I've outdone myself.
